Anxiety
The bodies response to a perceived threat (real or otherwise) that a person will respond to with varying degrees of symptoms such as worrying, nervousness, hypervigilance, irritability, rapid heart rate, muscle tension, trembling, difficulty concentrating, nail-biting, and sweating to name a few common issues.
Evidence-based treatments notably talk therapy, psychopharmacological interventions, diet, exercise, mindfulness and behavioral changes may decrease depression-related symptoms when adhered to over the course of time.
